The warm, homely and happy atmosphere at Meadows is created by our staff who are truly dedicated, genuinely friendly and believe in placing each child’s welfare first. Spend some time in their company and you’ll realise that they not only enjoy working with the children but also care deeply about them.
We pride ourselves on the expertise and experience of our highly trained staff, who will plan opportunities and experiences to meet your child’s specific needs. It is important that we ensure all our parents feel involved and informed.
Your child’s learning journey provides the perfect communication link between us and you, as well as providing a visual record of your child’s development and learning through Meadows.
All staff qualified to Level 3 and above.
“HIGHLY TRAINED, TRULY DEDICATED, DEEPLY CARING, FUN AND FRIENDLY”
The development of Meadows has been my life’s work and leadership of such a superb staff team continues to be a great privilege.
My fundamental belief is in the importance of outdoor learning at this beautiful rural location driving generations of children’s learning forward, shaping their personalities, creating happy wholesome early memories that they will cherish and a love of outdoors which will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
MEET DIANE (EYPS)
I am focussed on raising the quality of our nursery and the outcomes of all the children in my care. Higher education has helped me develop my critical thinking and reflective skills, which are essential to manage change.
I support and mentor other practitioners, modelling skills and behaviours, which are consistent with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the children. I am inspirational and set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge every child.
